We read every message that comes through this page. Whether you have spotted an error in an article, want to tell us about your own experience with a provider, have a question we have not answered, or want to talk to us about working together, the form below reaches us directly.
What we can help with
- Corrections. If a price, speed tier, contract term or coverage claim in one of our articles is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will check it and update the page.
- Reader questions. If you are stuck choosing between two plans, or cannot work out what a line item on your bill means, send the details and we will point you in the right direction.
- Your own provider experience. Real accounts of installations, outages, price hikes and support calls genuinely shape our coverage. Good and bad both welcome.
- Press, partnership and advertising inquiries. Use the subject line to tell us which and we will route it appropriately.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent publication, not an internet service provider and not affiliated with any of the companies we write about. That means we cannot access your account, change your plan, schedule a technician, process a cancellation, issue a refund or resolve a billing dispute. If you need any of those things you will have to contact your provider directly — and if you are not getting anywhere with them, the FCC and your state public utilities commission both accept consumer complaints about broadband service.
Please also do not send us account numbers, passwords, social security numbers or payment card details. We never need them, and email is not a safe way to send them to anyone.
Send us a message
We aim to reply within two to three business days. If your message is a correction, we will normally confirm receipt quickly even if the fix itself takes a little longer.

You can also write to us directly at contact@internetdealshelp.com. The form is faster for us to triage, but either reaches the same inbox.
